Proven record of achievement in Development/Sales (e.g., Annual Fund, Endowment building, Capital Campaign, Planned Giving, Product or Service sales) and knowledge of finance/budgets

Proven manager with at least 5 years of management and organizational leadership experience
A capacity for articulating an apostolic vision that incorporates the best aspects of Catholic education is strongly preferred
Some travel required to achieve Development program goals and objectives, as well as attend professional and mission-based programs and conferences
