CTU desires someone with strong interpersonal and organizational skills to lead the graduate school of theology’s enrollment into a new era. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of admissions successes as well as a willingness to take risks and explore new ideas. CTU’s admissions requires a relationship-based and data-driven plan that explores new partnerships, optimal timing models, and as yet untapped markets. The ideal candidate is creative, dynamic and ready for a unique opportunity to contribute to a new model of enrollment for this graduate school of theology.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Master’s degree required.
Experience with higher education administration, strategic enrollment concepts and programs.
Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in educational marketing or enrollment.
Excellent communication, public speaking, management and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, design, implement, manage and evaluate institutional Enrollment Management processes, policies and procedures.
Ability to work with diverse populations and various education levels.
