Notre Dame Academy is seeking an Admissions Assistant to be a member of NDA’s enrollment management team. This position is responsible for maintaining a positive, timely, accurate information flow with prospective parents, including coordinating shadowing, arranging initial appointments with school counselors, organizing placement tests, giving tours to prospective families, and implementing enrollment events. The Admissions Assistant inputs and maintains admissions records as well as the enrollment dashboard shared with others on the NDA team. Additional responsibilities include supervising Admissions student office assistants and assisting with main office/front desk coverage as needed. A successful candidate will have effective interpersonal and team skills, be skilled at establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships, be self-motivated, and be able to maintain confidentiality. Must have an associate or bachelor degree, strong writing and proofing skills, a high level of ability with Microsoft Office, flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
