The position reports through the Director of Admissions to the Vice President of Institutional Advancement of Holy Cross High School. The position is newly created in order to help guide Holy Cross in fulfillment of its newly expanded mission to begin admitting and educating young women in the fall of 2018.
Specific expected results include:
The achievement of specific and highly measurable goals in supporting the Director and the Assistant Director of Admissions in the key result areas of Recruitment, Admissions, Retention, Financial Aid, Marketing and Communications, and Public Relations;
The daily implementation of action steps defined in the HCHS Enrollment Plan focused on the welcoming of potential candidates and their families on the phone and in person;
The assistance in scheduling elementary school visits to HCHS, and HCHS visits to elementary schools;
The planning for and support of Admission fairs and events at HCHS and at elementary schools;
The accurate maintenance of both database and paper records of inquiries and applications;
The assistance in the scheduling of the Test for Admission to Catholic High Schools (TACHS);
The completion of additional tasks as assigned by management.
