Epiphany Cathedral Catholic School, a PK3 - 8th grade school, is currently accepting applications for the position of Principal for the 2017-18 school year. The mission of the school is to provide excellence in education, which nurtures a loving relationship with God and builds a caring community that serves others.
The successful candidate will:
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Establish a strategic academic vision
Have knowledge of current educational methods and best practices
Experience with proven leadership abilities
Understand and have practices with, financial and operational management
Provide a positive environment to manage a dynamic elementary and middle school community.
Additionally, the successful candidate will:
Be a spiritually motivated practicing Roman Catholic
Hold a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or equivalent field
Hold or be qualified to hold Professional Certification in Educational Leadership or a related certification in the State of Florida, and
Have a minimum of five years’ experience in an elementary school setting.
Successfully complete a Level II background screening.
