Nativity of Our Lord School, in Broomfield, CO wishes to announce that it is now accepting applications for the position of principal. It is envisioned that the successful applicant will assume the principalship of Nativity School in August of 2018 to begin with the 2018-19 school year. The School will however hire for the position in 2017 allowing for a period of shadowing and transition into the new position.
The candidate for school principal in the Archdiocese of Denver must be a practicing member of the Catholic faith, have a Master’s Degree with at least 20 hours in educational administration, and a minimum of five years’ teaching experience in a Catholic school. Administrative experience is desired but not required.
The successful applicant for this position will have the task of incorporating the educational approach of Luigi Giussani to Nativity School. The educational approach of Fr. Luigi Giusanni is documented in his book, The Risk of Education, Crossroads, New York, 1995. ISBN 9780824518998.
