The successful candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for continuing the spirit of academic achievement while maintaining the school’s strong Catholic identity. Other requirements include: practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church; a master’s degree in Educational Leadership with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Catholic schools; understanding and support of the parish governance model; participative management style; support of continuation of the school’s IB Program; and, strong supervisory and managerial skills (prior administrative experience preferred).
