Located in St. Louis Hills, Bishop DuBourg High School, an Archdiocesan Catholic, co-educational college preparatory school serving 320 students, seeks a dynamic President to serve in the President-Principal administrative model. Bishop DuBourg is celebrating the completion of a major gifts campaign resulting in renovated facilities including the gym, classrooms, and STEM lab.
The President will: be a practicing Catholic; demonstrate commitment to the principles of Catholic education; have strong communication and leadership skills; demonstrate experience in marketing, fundraising, financial management and strategic planning; and possess the capacity to lead the institutional advancement of the school in collaboration with the School Board, School Administration and the Office of Catholic Education and Formation of the Archdiocese of St. Louis. The President is primarily accountable to the Archbishop through the Office of Catholic Education and Formation. Candidates will hold a Masters Degree in an appropriately related field and preferably have experience in Catholic secondary school administration.
