Siena Catholic Schools of Racine, comprised of five grade/middle schools and one middle/high school, would like to harness your expertise in project management, database management (i.e., donor software) and process orientation to support Siena in its goal of ensuring excellence in the faith formation, academics, and social development of our more than 1,600 K-12 students.
The Siena Development Office is responsible for securing philanthropic support for Siena Catholic Schools of Racine, St. Catherine’s High School and the St. Catherine’s High School Foundation. On an annual basis, the Development Office will raise in excess of $600,000 for operations and $150,000 for the St. Catherine’s High School Foundation endowment. In addition, St. Catherine’s is in the midst of a multi-year major gifts initiative to raise $5 million for facility updates and program enhancements for the school.
As Development Officer - Project Manager , you’ll serve as the lead person driving development operations which include St. Catherine’s and Siena annual and planned giving development and marketing, special events planning and data management. Much of your work will focus on the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of a broad pool of donor prospects and developing/using metrics to determine the effectiveness of development activities.
