The course of study is exclusively college preparatory. A tracking system for ability is used, consisting of four levels: Academic, Honors and Advanced Placement. Advanced Placement courses are offered in English Composition & Literature, English Language & Composition, Calculus AB, Calculus BC, United States Government & Politics, United States History, Biology, European History, Studio Art, and Chemistry.

Saints Peter & Paul High School offers a diverse array of student programs, athletic, and leadership opportunities at the high school. The Athletic Department provides 15 sports with over 90% of our students participating, including Soccer, Basketball, Field Hockey, Swimming, Golf, Tennis, Baseball, Softball, Cross Country, Sailing and Ice Hockey.
