Pius XI Catholic High School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is seeking a faith-filled, entrepreneurial president to lead this outstanding school to new levels of excellence and prominence in the community. The position is available July 2019 or as soon as this coming fall.
Founded in 1929 and originally run by the Pallotine Fathers and School Sisters of St. Francis, Pius XI has emerged over time as the institution of choice for local families of all faiths, Catholic and non-Catholic alike, who desire a high quality, independent, coeducational experience built on Catholic mission and identity. This is an exceptional, high profile leadership opportunity!
The school operates in the President/Principal Leadership Model. In this popular leadership structure, the principal is responsible for day-to-day academic operations, reporting to the president, who serves as chief executive officer, reporting to the board. The president is the outward facing, visionary leader of the school and the primary “institution builder” – fundraising, friend raising, building brand, and elevating the profile and powerful value proposition of the school.
In recent years, candidates from a variety of mission-critical career platforms -- including higher education -- have been serving with great effectiveness and satisfaction as president of Catholic schools operating in this leadership model.
If you are seeking an opportunity to run your own institution and to make a difference in the lives of children, families, and a worthy Catholic school, there is no better platform than the presidency of Pius XI. We would welcome hearing from you as soon as possible and would be pleased to schedule time to talk privately. All inquiries will be confidential.
