The position reports to the Vice President of Institutional Advancement of Holy Cross High School. The position is a newly created position at Holy Cross in fulfillment of expanding our mission for years to come.
Specific expected results include:
The achievement of specific and highly measurable goals in the key result areas of fundraising with a focus on the Annual Knights Fund. Improving both increasing total amounts contributed and total involvement in alumni and other constituents;
The implementation of an action plan focused on current parent involvement in School events and fund raising;
Developing new approaches to support traditional development initiatives, including a focus on Planned Giving;
Conducting prospect research and providing key administrators of the School leads on potential donors and coordinating meetings with those donors;
Working collaboratively and creatively with the Director of Alumni Relations, the Admissions Department, Athletics, Student Life, etc. in areas of marketing and fundraising which fosters significant pride and excitement;
An understanding of the donor database, Raiser’s Edge, and ability to analyze data and trends to assist in achievement of established goals;
The commitment to attending development events and School activities, both on and off campus;
The assistance in annual preparation and daily maintenance of operating budgets;
The assistance in envisioning, creation, and implementation of revenue programs designed to advance the mission of Holy Cross High School among all constituents;
The completion of additional tasks as assigned by management.

A combination of educational credentials and work experience that commands the respect of both internal and external audiences.
