We prepare our students at all grade levels to be ready for college and/or trades apprenticeships.
Messmer builds our community through committed partnerships and active collaboration, and more fundamentally through our students. Messmer students are guided to be ethical thinkers who embrace their faith and are academically prepared to contribute to the common good of their community and be faith-filled leaders.
Today, Messmer Catholic Schools as a system serves 1,600 students and their families. Our families include a diverse racial, religious and economic population. Our program is deeply Catholic. Daily attendance is near 95%; over 90% of 12th Grade students graduate, and over 80% are accepted to post-secondary educational institutions.
Messmer remains a steadfast presence on Milwaukee's north side, honestly ...confronting achievement gaps born in neighborhoods afflicted by poverty, crime, and racism. Our schools are safe havens offering dignity and hope through a quality Catholic education. Messmer is a caring, structured environment that prepares K-12 students to be knowledgeable, faithful, and disciplined.
