The successful candidate will be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Catholic Church; applicants should be an experienced Catholic elementary school instructional leader who possess superior communication and collaboration skills. Additional requirements include: hold a minimum of a Master’s degree (doctorate preferred) in Educational Leadership; a minimum of five years of Catholic school chief administrator experience; ability to lead and implement the final phases of a parish/school $30 million capital campaign; a collaborative leadership style to lead others in the mission of Catholic education; knowledgeable in current areas of pedagogy and professional development and exhibit excellent instructional leadership.
