Minimum Qualifications: l Practicing, knowledgeable Catholic who is in good standing with the church and actively involved in the Catholic Community. l Thorough understanding of Catholic School Philosophy l Commitment to modeling the values of Catholic Educational Leadership l Catechetical Certification (or in process) l Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business or Education l 5 years of progressive leadership and managements in the field of education or an organization of equivalent complexity. Preferred Qualifications(in addition to the minimum qualifications listed above): lMaster’s Degree in Finance, Business or Education l 5 years of Administrative experience Desirable Leadership Characteristics: l Ability to effectively represent the school and the Church l Experience at marketing, recruitment, and fiscal management l Collaborative leadership style with good interpersonal and team-building skills l Oral and written communication and motivational skills l Experience in instructional leadership in team building, technology, advancement and finance. l Excellent communication skills & management skills l Demonstrates a record of achievement in leading and managing organization, dealing with financial challenges, and commitment to significant fundraising success. l Sound knowledge of overall operations of a secondary school, including academics, finances, alumni relations, care and maintenance of school’s physical facilities
