St. Mary’s Springs Academy, (Fond du Lac, Wisconsin) is seeking a full-time Campus Minister to join our family for the 2018-19 school year. Candidates must be both passionate about their own faith and demonstrate their ability to invite, ignite and nurture the Catholic faith of students and a school community. This position is responsible for managing retreats for grades 9-12, leading prayer and Sacramental experiences for our System, leading our community service program, and managing our Campus Ministry Student Team. Most importantly, this is a relational ministry position, meaning candidates must seek ways to foster the faith formation of our youth by developing supportive, dynamic and engaging relationships with students.
Candidates must possess the following skills, traits and passions:
Emphasis on relational ministry; proven ability to engage and inspire children grades K-12;
Passion for animating faith in the young;
Servant leader in both word and action;
Team Player (working with music department, other staff members, Chaplain, youth ministers);
Extremely organized and able to manage complex tasks simultaneously including high level oversight and management of all details;
Ability to build support and enthusiastic participation among students and faculty around mission;
Ability to lead a group of students;
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Candidate must be a practicing Catholic, in good standing with the Church.
