The Catholic Diocese of Richmond, VA is seeking an Enrollment Management Coordinator for the Office of Catholic Schools. The Enrollment Management Coordinator is responsible for coordinating with all appropriate administrative/school staff members to propel all aspects of expanding student enrollment and retention. The Coordinator will communicate with prospective families and schools to encourage all aspects of recruitment, placement, and retention of new and currently enrolled students. The position will focus on building school visibility as a viable educational opportunity in the broader community. The Coordinator is a member of the Office of Catholic Schools Administration Team and works closely with all school constituents to strengthen the school community through student retention and enrollment growth.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related degree, along with training in recruitment, strategic planning, communication, and program development. Must have a strong background in Catholic/Independent School Enrollment Management, faculty service and/or senior staff leadership with a proven track record of serving a PreK-12 school community. Other qualifications and skills include: A working knowledge of the enrollment process, financial aid budgeting, marketing, and committee management; proficiency in RenWeb and basic knowledge of Excel and Word; outstanding verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; strong customer service orientation and enthusiasm for Catholic Schools; attention to detail.
